You will aim to understand companies’ and candidates’ needs and become a trusted advisor to both through intelligent research, shrewd foresight and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and managing recruitment projects throughout their lifecycle. Upon obtaining the brief, you will compile job descriptions, find the best solutions to source the right candidates, carry out short-listing and screening interviews and make recommendations to candidates and companies alike.
This is a post for a conscientious and highly organised person who is an excellent communicator with the ability to interface with a diverse portfolio of clients, whilst having the capacity to multi-task and relate to demanding clients. We’re looking for a flexible thinker who is strong-willed, a self-starter and loves to work within a team. Previous experience in a similar role, coupled with a Degree is essential.
