General Office Clerk


Our Client is an established player in the maritime and hospitality industry. As part of their ongoing growth they are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Office Clerk to join their team.

You will be supporting the management team by performing General Administration and Secretarial duties. You will also be assisting the Marketing Department and the Business Development team in their day to day duties. As a Junior Office Clerk, you will do filing and maintaining records of the company’s documents.  You will also do basic accounting entries, like posting of creditor invoices, posting of receipts and creditors reconciliations.  Other tasks may be assigned accordingly.

You will have a minimum of an A-level standard of education preferably in Accounts. You must also have good knowledge of MS Microsoft tools, be a good communicator and be ready to foster innovation and change.
